Research Area Prevention Management Diabetes

Diabetes is one of the key areas of research undertaken at National Diabetes Obesity and Cholesterol Foundation (N-DOC). The organization not only focuses on  gathering relevent data on the changing scenario of diabetes in urban areas including urban slums but is also committed to conduct research on ways of preventing diabetes as well as timely management of the diseases to prevent progression of any of the releted complications. To achieve this N-DOC arranges for free diabetes as well as pre-diabetes screening camps and organizes workshops highlighting the key points for managing diabetes and the need for timely management of the disease.
